Ordering from Alco Sales was simple enough, and at first I thought everything was fine. The problem started after delivery when I needed help with an issue on my order. I emailed support, but the replies were slow and felt like generic copy-paste messages.
What annoyed me most was how unclear the communication was. It never felt like anyone actually read what I sent, so I kept having to explain the same thing and follow up again and again. In the end, I still didn’t get a proper fix, and I wouldn’t order from them again

I had to wait way too long to get my refund back. My sister even asked if I’d followed up because it felt like ages before the money finally came through.

But they got back to me really quickly and actually answered what I asked, which somehow feels rare these days. Everything was sorted the same day. other companies should be embarrassed if they can’t manage this basic level of service

The site works fine overall, but the billing section def needs to be easier to understand...
